The Suite is open for informal meetings, viewing of posters, videos and discussions for a further two weeks. The passcode may be shared with colleagues at this point, but with the proviso that if numbers present at any one time exceed 80, the 81st will not be permitted entry. In which case, just wait and try again.
It is also hoped that a recording of the talks will be available online AND in the Conference Hall from 25th Octobere.
Participant passcodes will be released by 19 October. Presenters will have their passcode from 7 October in order to set up and practise using the technology.
